HI, Acacia here, and I am a certified yoga instructor in vinyasa style yoga but have been a dedicated yoga student for the past 6 years. My commitment to yoga continues to grow as well as my passion. My goal is to create yoga that is accessible and welcoming to anyone who feels called. I hope you’ll join me on the mat.

After determining a time and location that works best for you our first sessions will be us getting to know one another and discussing your goals and what's brought you to the mat. I will also have you sign a liability waiver at that time. I also offer online or over the phone consultations as well.
I have worked with a large variety of people including children, teens, the elderly, and large groups.
My advice is to make sure you find someone that listens to your needs and specific goals. Also, make sure that it is something that you connect with feels right.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
