About Marian
Mind Body Elevation provides a combination of physical training and spirituality. Learn to train your body and gain discipline with coach Marian and her rigorous exercises. Connect with your mind with meditation and yoga with instructor Lazaro.
I have a registered behavioral therapy license from the behavioral Analyst certification board where I was trained to use different techniques to shape an individuals behavior.
In addition, I am a certified personal trainer who is currently continuing my education in the health industry.

When we begin working with a new client we ask them close ended questions regarding their general health and physical activity. Then we focus on flexibility and basic exercises to see the level of training the client needs.

Details
Yes my sessions are $30 per class and my class is 1 hour long. the minimum amount of classes I train are 3 x per week. If the client wishes to train more than 3 days out the week I can arrange a custom price. For example if the client extends their training to 5 days out of the week I will charge 25 per session.
