About Adrienne Ann
I specialize in cultivating a full yoga experience that is accessible to all persons - from the very Inflexible to those living with chronic conditions. I am passionate about the healing benefits of yoga to address persons holistically; physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I teach group classes through a medically based fitness center as well as through my own business, Healing Flow Yoga. I also work one on one through private yoga instruction. I have a home based Yoga & Meditation Studio for this purpose.
