As a yoga teacher, I am honored with the task of holding space for people to reconnect, grow and heal. I believe YOGA is healing movement is therapy and meditation is life-changing. It is my joy to share the magic of yoga with my community. I thrive on the connection with people and treasure each moment I share with my students on the mat.
