About Nena
I have been practicing yoga since my twenties and I have been teaching since 2000 I love Jesus and I love yoga and this is why I am a Holy Yoga certified instructor. My studio is in my home where you can get one on on in a small practice environment. I would love to meet you.
Once the instructor was a no show and the class asked if I would teach, the next day I contacted Yoga Fit for certification
