About Nerissa
I will adjust to the needs and abilities of my clients while still making the class challenging and safe.
I teach because I love the feeling I receive when my students leave class, refreshed, envigorated and with a smile on their face.
I've always been active, Yoga pretty much just stuck. I've been a student for about 3 years now and decided to take a 200 hour teacher training to deepen my practice. That's when I fell in love with it. I immediately knew that I wanted to teach in a community center to those that my not have access or funds to attend a yoga class.
