About Brigette
My yoga practice is slightly different than many other practitioners. Because of my background as a gymnast and a nurse, I love to incorporate those facets of my life into my yoga practice and teaching.
I love encouraging people to go deeper into their physical and spiritual yoga practice! Although I tend to focus on the physical practice, the other amazing aspects of yoga surface when each asana is attempted.
