About Terrance
Terrance Anderson first discvoveerd yoga shortly after moving to New York in 2008, and the practice immediately appealed to his love of mediation and movement. Terrance teaches an embodied vinyasa flow that seeks to connect to the internal terrain of our bodies and minds. Having completed a 200 hr vinyasa training in 2015, he went on to explore additional trainings for prenatal yoga, Vedic meditation, and Advanced Anatomy studies at The Breathing Project with renowned teacher Amy Matthews.
I work with private clients to establish the fundamentals of their own practice. Working with asana and breath I proved vigorous yet graceful sessions!
