About Jenni
I am a certified Yoga and Pilates Teacher, Reiki practioner and Holistic Health professional with over 15 years of experience. I enjoy helping people of all ages and ability levels to ease anxiety, overcome physical and emotional pain, restore balance and reconnect to their body, mind and spirit. I provide holistic healing tools, education, private or group classes and natural products that empower people to reach their full potential.
I enjoy the transformational process of helping others reach their personal health and wellness goals.
Movement has always been a way of life for me. As a child I was a competitive gymnast and began coaching gymnastics at the age of 18. I found my path of Holisitic Health and Therapeutic movement during my college years while working with Special Olympic athletes. I majored in Special Education and Adapted P.E. which gave me experience working in various Physical Therapy offices both during college and out of school. In 1997 when my first daughter was born, I began my own business teaching gymnastics and therapeutic movement to children in schools, recreation centers, physical therapy offices and studios. After having my third child, I found Yoga and Pilates. I became certified and began teaching adult group classes and private Yoga and Pilates sessions. I found the adults who came to me all had therapeutic needs physically, emotionally or high levels of anxiety. Through our sessions and the practice of Yoga, Pilates, Mindful Breathing, Reiki and Aromatherapy they could find relief.
I am a certified Yoga, Pilates Teacher and Reiki practitioner. I have been in the field of Holistic health for over twenty years. I also have an Education Specialist Credential and Master's Degree. I have taught therapeutic movement to people of all ages and abilities, children through adult.

I offer new and prospective students a Free Consultation via phone or online Zoom chat. Together we will explore a path of holistic wellness and I can guide you to the right tools and programs.
I have worked with people of all ages and ability levels, children through adults. Students who are seeking to ease anxiety, overcome physical or emotional pain or have therapeuitic needs.
My advice is to find someone that has a holistic approach focusing on the needs of each individual person as a whole person, spirit,mind and body. Also, someone who knows how to modify and adapt the physical postures of Yoga and Pilates to each person.
I truly love what I do! I have the priviledge of working with people every day and hearing their stories of how the transforming power of Yoga, Pilates, mindful breathing and Holistic health practices are adding value to their life and helping them find more joy, peace and vitality.

Students should know what their goals are, the amount of time they are willing to commit to those goals and a heart searching answer of how their life would be better having accomplished their goal.
