About Emily
I enjoy seeing the growth of the students as they each learn and develop over time with skills in class and taking those skills off the mat.
It's a blessing to see others grow and improve their lives through yoga, meditation and ayurveda!
I am trained in krama yoga or sometimes more commonly called a vinyasa style yoga with 500 RYT and continuing education and depth of knowledge, including in meditation. I'm certified in ayurveda and restorative yoga as well. Plus mobility training.

For a new student we will have an initial consultation for individual classes or at least a brief introduction and discussion when joining for a class to learn yoga experience, personal wellbeing and goals as well as any injuries that may be affected by practicing yoga. Then we get started and enjoy the time!
