About Nadia
I teach yoga that is fun and practical. I take it seriously, but keep it light hearted. I create a practice to suit each client. Each one hour session includes breath awareness, movement and posture clinic, and guided meditation. I have over 1,000 teaching hours, advanced training certifications, Yoga Alliance Registry designations of E-200 Hours and 500 Hours, and am insured to teach yoga. My aim is to leave you with an experience in you heart, new knowledge in your mind, and a moved body and spirit.
I love the Aha! moments. When the breath deepens, the body surrenders into a stretch, the strength is found within, and the spirit is enlightened with even a moment of peace. I love to be a part of that. It gives me pure joy to share with others the skills to achieve their own good health and peace.

Through the Yoga Alliance Registry, I have a designation of E-200 hour, 500 hour. My experience includes 15 years of personal practice and 1000+ logged teaching hours. My 200 hour training consisted of basic yogic philosophy and anatomy, teaching beginners, teaching hatha and vinyasa flows (including Ashtanga). Over the years, I have taught in gyms, in yoga studios, in homes, in parks, assisted living centers, at run events, and my latest favorite, the beach. I recently finished my 500 hour training, which had an emphasis on therapy-based teaching, deeper understanding and application of philosophy and anatomy, developing practice in private sessions. I took a workshop in Yin and one in Teaching Seniors and Special Populations. I am always learning and developing my knowledge in yoga.

The first session will include a half hour consultation in addition to the hour practice. Every hour session will include pranayama (practice breathing technique, asana (movement and still postures), and guided meditation. Each session will be different from the first, practicing what we have learned and building on the concepts and physical practice.

Private Yoga Session in Sarasota County, Completely tailored to one clients needs $65
Small Semi-private Yoga Session, 2-4 people, $85
Group Semi-private Yoga Session, 5-10 people, $115
For larger classes, corporate groups, series, summer camps, and workshops, please contact me for pricing.
For the moment, I am only teaching in Sarasota County, Florida. I can come to you, or we can meet in a park or on a beach. Semi-private means the people are provided by the client and any cost-splitting is done by the client. I am not putting clients together to create a public group class at the moment. Public classes will be posted on the website.
