About Alyona
My mission is to introduce people to all the benefits that yoga can offer. My classes are safe and I teach from basic to advance levels. We'll start with physical aspect of yoga by getting into asanas (yoga poses) as later you'll notice how apart from better health your mind will become calm and you'll gain better control over your life.
I'm a people person! I love to introduce people to yoga, guide them through safe practices, see their progress and just be there for them.
