About Cortney
I have been teaching private and group classes since 2013. My private lessons are catered to the individual needs of my clients. Whether you have physical limitations due to pain or injury or you just want to be more confident and consistent in the physical practice of yoga, I'm here to help. Yoga can heal your body, destress your mind and give an overall feeling of wellbeing. Invest in yourself and see the dramatic change yoga can provide.

I do a detailed intake, including questions about physical health and personal goals. I then create a physical practice catered to their personal needs and lead them through exercises and breathing and provide any therapeutic touch like Thai massage and assisted stretching
