About Gail
I am certified with Yoga Alliance at the 500-hour level as well as certified in Prenatal Yoga. I have been teaching yoga since 2013 and love how the practice of yoga can improve your well-being.
I teach alignment based yoga, making sure we keep the body safe. My favorite style is Yin and Restorative yoga which is a gentler form of yoga but with incredible benefits to both the body and mind. I also work with the senior community at one of our retirement centers and have seen the changes in their walking patterns and sleeping patterns from improving their postures and breathing habits.
I have taught at numerous yoga retreat throughout South Dakota and will be leading my first international retreat this year.

For a private client I like to do an evaluation of what their concerns are and what they wish to get out of their practice.
For a new student in a group class I like to see where they are in their practice or if they are new to yoga - guide them through the basic understanding of why we do each pose and what the benefits are.
