She focuses on what you need for your body and mind and gently takes you through a yoga practice - with breathing exercises, meditation, and a variety of poses. The last session I attended was focused on the back and neck and she connected with everyone in the room - even though we were all remote.

The moves are simple to follow for my novice experience but effective. She provides a calm serene and understanding atmosphere.
