About David
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and Personal Trainer. I have been training individuals and athletes of all ages in the area for the last 9 years. Since my introduction to yoga I have studied a variety of styles and hold multiple certifications in Vinyasa yoga. I am currently an E-RYT 200, with over 1600 hours of teaching in the last 5 years. I also have countless hours of continued education and training from workshops, and study with my yoga teachers and mentors. My classes involve dynamic flowing sequences with an attention to proper alignment and core strength. I have trained and worked with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, so my classes are adaptable to all levels of yoga practice.
I hold multiple teacher training certifications through Yoga Alliance, including a speciialized training called Yogalete, which is designed for work with athletes of all types. I am currently an E-RYT200, YACEP through Yoga Alliance and have over 1600 teaching hours in the last 5 years.
