About Sharon
I am a certified yoga teacher (RYT-200). I completed 100 hours of Ayurveda self healing study and I recently obtained my Reiki Master certification. Movement is a vital part of our maintenance. Balancing exertion with peace of mind is my specialty. Allow me to show you how to work out the body and relax to bring you more into focus in your everyday life.
I offer the service of yoga, meditation, and Reiki.
Facebook name: Sharon Albee Bailey.
Instagram name: AlbeeLove1111
My passion is to bring the art of yoga, meditation, and Reiki to the masses. I am fully aware of the benefits of these practices and I want to share with anyone who will listen and wants to become a better version of themselves.
