About Allee
I am a multi certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, wellness coach and nutritionist!! I studied for years and years to complete my own training to better serve those around me! It is my goal to help women find their strength and confidence! Going to a gym can be discouraging for someone just starting their journey towards health. Not knowing what to do or how to use the equipment gets frustrating and so we quit and don't usually go back. Im here to make your goals a reality without you having to ever feel shamed at a gym! I bring the gym to you and we learn how to get fit and feel good!!
I enjoy seeing people become everything they can. The best part about my mission is the life changing results that People are achieving everyday! If it warms your muscles, it warms my heart❤️
