About Alena
A yoga practitioner, meditation guide, and free spirit Alena wants to ground and center those around her. As a Yoga Alliance registered instructor, she holds space for balance and energy renewal in an increasingly fast-paced world. Specialized in guided meditations believes that yoga is not just a practice, but a lifestyle. Leading by example, she uses her own experiences to instruct and empower clients along their own journey towards self-actualization.
Originally from Belarus, Alena now lives and practices in California. Providing both private and group services at a variety of studios and locations, she offers everything from Chakra alignment to Power Core yoga classes. A multi-talented creative spirit, she has published a book of short stories and is in the process of completing a book on holistic health and natural remedies. This book aims to keep clients young in both body and spirit. As an introduction to natural products, the book helps women reconnect with the sacred earth and her healing properties.
I love to teach, and when quarantine happened, I could not teach at studious and LA fitness anymore. It was very sad. Right away, I started my zoom classes. I still gave students on zoom. A bit later, I decided to open my studio. I have people driving for practice from San Marcos, Carlsbad, and UTC. They came to my classes for two years. I love teaching students at any level. I enjoy sharing my love for yoga with them. Please come to try. ☺️

I prefer to have a short conversation and know if my new student has any health concerns. Next, we talk about yoga styles. I advise the style based on information I get from the student and more than five years of experience working with different people.
I provide both private and group services.

Please don't sign up as I don't want to see these classes crowded. I would rather keep them to myself. Almost like an individual type of lesson. Alena is the best
Alena is great yoga instructor who is a natural at teaching and genuinely caring for health and wellbeing of her students. I have taken many yoga classes, both in private yoga studios and in fitness centers, and can confidently say that Alena is one of very few best instructors who can help you to become healthier, well-balanced, and happier person. Every time I join her yoga practice I feel de-stressed, de-stiffed, and energized. Alena is also great at customizing her sessions to individual needs and capabilities, either adding an extra workout or suggesting more gentle alternatives. And, the last but not the least – I am in love with her meditation sessions!
