About Emily
Certified by Yoga Alliance in 200-Hour, Yoga Sculpt and SUP Yoga; Emily has taught all-levels Vinyasa, Power Flow, Slow Flow, Yoga Sculpt and Beginner classes to all levels within the San Diego Community since 2018. Emily's classes incorporate intelligent sequences, short meditation and breathwork.
Emily hopes to empower other yogis to live a healthy, mentally and physically, life by finding their breath and inner-strength.
