Yoga at Your Spirit Rising is focused on expansion of the mind, body, and Spirit. Each class is tailored especially for your needs while focusing on bring more love and light into your body.
Yoga has transformed my life. It has taught me to love my body and to feel good being in it every day. While yoga is exercise, it is so much more than that. Expect to leave your class feeling refreshed and grounded. Expect to find your breath and arrive in the present moment. Expect to smile and laugh and be completely in tune with yourself.
I started practicing yoga about 10 years ago but really fell in love with it when I moved to San Diego 5 years ago. I always knew I wanted to become a teacher because of the powerful transformation I'd experienced as a student. Yoga transforms us on all levels- mind, body, spirit. It has helped me remember who I am and direct my path on this earth. I truly believe it offers healing like nothing else and I am passionate about guiding others to experience and find healing for themselves.
I am a Usui Reiki Practioner, RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, and hold a Master in Divinity from Duke University.

First of all, I am so glad you're here. Yoga has changed my life and I am passionate about helping others in a way that fits their needs. Taking time to discuss what's important to you is my number one priority. Each student receives a tailored session that is exactly what they're looking for. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yoga student I am excited to craft a class that is exactly what you're looking for! My classes are assessable and always focus on building body/mind/spirit connection.
