About Angela
Yogi I Prana focuses on yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation practices that release feminine energy into the world. Harnessing energy for healing and renewal to help humanity and the planet to thrive.
After being a yoga student for 18 years, I decided to dive in to become a teacher. It has helped my body so much over the years!
I have a 500RYT yoga certification & 500 HR-Masters in Digestive Health and Nutrition

I would suggest that you ensure that you feel comfortable and a bit of a connection as the one:one yoga session can be very personal.
I loved the Winter Renewal class I taught last week! This offered seasonal nutrition tips to complement the renewing poses, mudras and meditation we explored together.
