About Kasia
I am a knowledble instructor with many years of teaching experiance.
I provide fun, safe classes for student of every level.
I love my job! When I was younger I enjoyed learning dance, pilates and youga. After college I developed it even further. I have a passion for my work and I enjoy conecting with people.
10 years of teaching experiance of different kind of people from 14 to 80 years old.

Kasia's online pilates and yoga class is absolutely fantastic. She does a complete full-body workout. She is careful with her method, so no one gets hurt. She modifies and caters to people's injuries and physical limitations. She also gives direction to people to make the workout more challenging to the advanced people, so no one is left behind. I won't know what I would have done without Kasia during this critical time. I highly recommend her class.
