About Wandy
I truly enjoy helping others find balance and healing with meditation, mindfulness and wellness coaching practices. I have been a meditation instructor for 5 years and have practicing meditation over 10 years and it has completely changed my life and views.
I enjoy seeing the changes in each individual when they choose to heal their inner self and the constant mind chatter that the day to day stresses brings.
During my 2 yr. training I started practicing and Once I completed my education and training I started getting clients at a one to one basis.
I have serveral certifications in Integrative Health and Nutrition Coaching, graduate from the institute of Integrative nutrition of NYC and it is approved by the NY Education department and I graduated from the Sivananda Vendanta School as a Siromani of Yoga instrctor. I also have an MBA in Business and Project Management.

If it is welness coaching they can fill a health history, this way I can analyze their individual needs and customize their program. If it is energy healing we have a form to fill where and since when they have the symptoms.

Health and Lifestyle coaching varies depemding on the plans or packages which are between 3-6 months. Individual per session between $35-50 whic can last upto an hr.
