About Jennifer

I offer personal training and yoga in my home. We will work together to achieve your personal goals and to develop a strong base for a future of fitness.

I love to watch my clients find inspiration in their own progress. Success builds on success.

Certified yoga instructor, personal trainer and cardio fitness instructor. I have studied and received my master level in Reiki, and am currently studying Functional Nutrition.
