About Nicole
We are a A full-service yoga studio. With three different rooms heated, non-heated, and Aerial Yoga. We also have acupuncture, facials, cupping, and massage when the studio is open we offer 40 classes a week barre and fitness classes as well.
I find the greatest the fulfillment in experiencing students becoming aware of their bodies and physically, mentally,and spiritually changing by the grace of the yoga practice.
I am a yoga practitioner for 22 years. When I started teaching it you knew the practice people made you teach. No one had trainings like they do today. I was asked on a Friday about 10 years ago to teach a class an hours later and my teaching career began.
I am a 500 hr RYTT from Always-at-Aum Yoga school. I also have 200 training is Ashtanga Yoga. Trained in the Bikram series of hot yoga as well as power Vinyasa.

We will do an interview so I can understand your expectations and experience with Yoga. Then we wil l start to practice as early as the first session. I think getting started is an important part. Everyone can practice yoga!
I have worked with Olympic athletes to extreme beginners. Everyone is able to practice no matter what.
I am celebrating the birth of my daughter Averie! She is six months old. I had to take a break from practicing for two years to have her. It feels like the beginning all over again.

My wife took me to Just Breathe for my first hot yoga class. I was nervous walking in, but as soon as I set my mat down I felt comfortable and peaceful. She has since purchased a 10 card class for me, and I have almost used them all up.
I have been apart of this studio for the 5 years, and love this studio. When you walk into the doors you feel the love and passion for yoga from everyone around you.
