About Virginia
My teachings are highly meditative and center around breath. The intensity of the poses themselves are entirely up to the students. We can go through a Hatha series with stillness between the poses or a vigorous Vinyasa flow. Either way your body and mind will feel vibrant at the end class. Essentially we will focus on whatever my student desires. I tend to convert 'first timers' into 'regulars.'
Allowing my students to bestow their bodies with the power of yoga is the most rewarding work I have ever done. My students inspire me tremendously!
My websites will give you an idea of my approach.

First, we will have a phone conversation during which I will explain my teaching methods and the student will have an opportunity to ask me any questions about my services. I will ask the student (lots of!) questions about their expectations so I can ensure our sessions deliver! If we choose to move forward then we will work out details.
