About Maria
During some part of my life, I have been gathering information and applying some other, in order to find a way to connect with my own life in a positive way.
Which means, finding methods to do it, because one thing is searching for information, and other thing is making things happen, doing something, taking real actions to change your life.
What I have found, is that small changes can actually make huge differences in your life.
That there is no such a thing as “to change your life”. For me, this phrase was scary!!! Because sometimes you don’t want to change your whole life... Sometimes you just want to change some aspects of your life, that is all.
The only thing we can change is the way we SEE things in our life. It’s been taught to us during our whole life (family, school, tv, advertisement...) that it is easier to believe in horrific stories, full of drama, that shit happens, etc... that it is easier to believe in the negative side of life. But we can also start believing in the other side, the positive one, the one that its only presented to us through Disney stories or other children’s fairy tales....
This journey has been an important part of my life. And it started by simply making small changes in my personal life.
I have found a way to start doing it, and this is what I want to share with you.
1. Baby steps to activate your body through yoga practice.
2. Learning the importance of breathing
3. undertake specific and practical actions in order to declutter and organize your home and your mind.
4. establishing daily routines that will enhance your feeling of well-being.
that everytime I have the chance to help someone i am also helping my self too. the outcome is a winwin situation.
I have a major in Ecology and a minor in Biology.
