About Jessie
Restorative yoga teacher and guided meditation. I have a pretty large following in my area for gentle and restorative yoga. I also teach chair yoga and can put together a vinyasa class if you want a workout. I am tough and gentle at the same time. I expect results and you get them through my lessons.
I also teach art. I am available to teach painting in any form: acrylic, oil, watercolor, ink. I have been an artist for 24 years and my focus has been painting. I love introducing people to the medium as well as helping seasoned painters hone their craft. You can see my work on my website (concealed information)
I love to teach people to break through their negative thinking. I really believe that we can do anything we put our minds to with practice and a little dedication. I love to see my students have breakthroughs and find out they can do things they never thought they could.

I get a little history of illnesses and aches or injuries. We focus on relieving temporary and chronic pain. My classes and style pair well with physical therapy as I use lots of props and customize everything to your body.
