If you want a TRUE healing experience that supports you in bringing your Spirit and Soul into Oneness, with a practice that is FOCUSED on teaching you to be PRESENT with your Breath, your Body, and your Gaze, then I am the Teacher for you.
If you just want a super hard and complicated practice with lots of asanas, rockets, and pyrotechnics, thean I am not the Teacher for you.
It really and truly is...
That simple.
As a Feminine Wellness Practitioner and Coach, I have worked with HUNDREDS of women from all over the world. I support women and teach women how to enhance their lives, their bodies, and their businesses through Movement, Meditation, and Management.
Here's the thing:
None of this actually matters unless you have decided that I am the Yoga Teacher for you. I know that's pretty blunt, but there are plenty of people with 1000 certificates who have NO IDEA how to create true healing spaces. If you're really seeking to hire me as your Teacher, I'll get you on my calendar and we can chat all about my education, if that's what you need to help make your decision.

Details
All of my classes are group classes and they are held online.
You can choose from any of the following:
1. My latest program "Curves" is a 6-Week Women's Wellness Program that includes 3 Yoga classes per week starting in Week 2 of the program. As of today 02/24/20, the price is at an Early Bird rate of $249. At the end of the month the price doubles.
2. You can join an online Group Yoga series for $333.00. Each Series is 6 Weeks and includes 2 Yoga classes per week, plus support in our Online Group.
3. Private, One-to-One online sessions are $99 each with a 5 session minimum. All 5 sessions must be used within 4 weeks of purchase.
*I do not offer refunds, holds, exchanges, or transfers on any of my offerings and missed classes do not roll over.
