About Adi
In my classes, I integrate all that I have learned about the human body and mind in order to direct the practice towards cultivating present moment awareness as well as emotional balance and resilience on and off the mat.
I believe that we each carry within us the keys to our emotional and physical well-being and joy, and these keys can be accessed through inner exploration.
My mission is to help others gain accesses to these inner resources by walking the path of yoga
In 2007 I completed a comprehensive 800 hr. yoga teacher training of Vijñāna Yoga International, taught by Orit Sen-Gupta
I have a PhD in Physiology (focusing on Neurophysiology)

Doing Yoga was one of my goals for so many years, which somehow I didn't accomplish till a year ago when I've joined Adi's classes. Thanks to Adi I fell in love with Yoga!
Adi is a very professional and knowledgeable Yoga teacher. Beyond the Yoga itself, throughout our lessons, Adi consistently shares with us her rich knowledge which makes the Yoga class so complete and meaningful. I strongly recommend joining Adi's classes and am truly grateful she was the one who introduced me to Yoga which will hopefully be part of my life foreverView more recommendations
