About Rachael
Nanaquaket Yoga Studio (NYS) is a Vinyasa, breath & movement synchronized, based studio since 2012. Offering all level classes from beginners to advanced practitioners. We believe in serving our community, creating a space that is safe and comfortable for all students. Our mission: Progress; not perfection
In 2013 we received the Best In Rhode Island award!
At NYS, you will find a home away from. Our teachers are all 200 hour certified through Yoga Alliance and are truly the absolute best!

About the lesson

Fifteen minute discovery conversation to learn about the student and their goals.
The first private session will be exploratory to determine the student’s breath, strength, mobility, and balance.
Together, the teacher and student will make a progressive plan moving towards an agreed goal if needed.
Yoga is not only a physical practice. It’s a practice of mindfulness that teaches us flexibility and patience both on and off the mat.
