About Iris
Yoga has forever changed my life finding space both mentally and physically. I've been able to be present with myself and my body and on and off the mat through my practice. I do anything from fiery flows to a Zen session.
I have my 200 hour yoga teacher training in Forest flow. I've been teaching for two years.
