About Geraldine
Yoga philosophy is a way of life to me. Ahimsa, non violence and compassion with everybody and ourselves guides a yoga practice with kindness, peacefull and knowing our boundaries and challenges. Everyday we make a little step to give our body, mind, emotions and spirit to move along and expand.
