About Mercia
Ever found yourself curious about yoga or even in a class but found it intimidating when you can touch the ground or fold a certain way? My focus is on the inflexible yogi, showing up for your mind, spirit and body and not the aesthetics.
i became an Instructor because I have been In classes where I felt out of place or the teacher pushed me (not challenged me) until I was injured or made to feel uncomfortable.
i have practice yoga for over 10 years and became a 200 hour teacher last year..
I am a licensed counselor, 200 hour yoga teacher training and meditation teacher.
