About
I am currently offering virtual sessions only (spring 2022)
My aim is to create a personalized practice, and provide skills that will help the yogi reach their goals. I am a genderqueer person, and am particularly interested in serving populations who can feel excluded from the yoga community in D.C. As someone who has been big and visibly trans in fitness classes, I know that it can be nearly impossible to truly feel embodied when you're busy wondering if you're being judged.
Regardless of your identity, I am here to support you in your own journey. We can work together to create a customized practice that works to meet your needs and desires as an experienced or brand new yogi.
I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training with Mimi Rieger in 2018, a 50 Hour Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Wandel in 2020, and have completed various other trainings on alignment as well as yoga philosophy. I am excited to share my knowledge and joy in the practice with students.
I love working with students to find practices that help them feel grounded, expansive, or whatever it is they are looking to feel! It is lovely to share the experience of breath and movement together.
My practice took off quickly, and within a year I was ready to dive deeply to learn to teach!

Details
I am flexible and open to meeting your needs. I am also able to offer larger packages of classes at more discounted prices. My typical sliding scale ranges $40-65 per session, with the ability to discount for purchasing larger class packages. Again, I am flexible!
