About Vishuddhi
I am an experienced with 4+ years in teaching yoga.
International certified yoga instructor from Svyasa yoga university. I am Post Graduate in Yoga Therapy
Through Vishuddhi Yoga we are providing Croporate, persoanl, group and guest classes as per the requirement.
we also provide Therapeutic yoga depending on health problems.
My teaching starts with prayer , whole body warm up , Surya namaskaras , assanas , pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fittness session.
The class flow will change depending on attendees age groups and also health issues.
For Corporate session we teach as per the nature of work the employees do, like for IT people we will concentrate on spine , neck and body postures
I Did Post Graduation in Yoga from Svyasa Yoga University, India. Also I am International CYAI Cerified.

Recently in this pandemic Time I did a National wide seminar for college students on Stress Managment in Online at Mumabai, India.
Now we Vishuddhi yoga studio talking online sessions around the Globe and we are happy to share it.
