About Jessica
I strive to provide an alignment-based understanding of your yoga practice to help you realize how asanas (postures) and movements should feel in you body as opposed to how they should look. Every individual body is different and with practice, I can help you feel better in yours.
I truly love yoga and it has rejuvenated my body and soul. I wish to share my passion with others in hopes that they too can be their best selves in every way.

Perfect! No I didn’t hire Jessica at her studio I am going to get info from internet and try on my own. If I cannot stick with it then I will reconcider. The service is great though.
