About Meredith
Through my private classes, students get a one-on-one experience with a certified instructor. The board is catered to their particular needs. In this judgement free zone, students flow and are taught at their own pace.
As a 200HR RYT, I have been certified to teach through the Jamie Surya Yoga Studio in Sparkill, NY. I am also registered through Yoga Alliance.
