About Zachary
It’s a true partnership. I want you to feel great in the body you are in: Mentally and Physically. So together we can develop your yoga practice in ways that best suit you.
Watching people relax. Hearing them say they feel good. Giving people the space to be open and honest. Yoga and meditation just make you feel good, and I love being a part of that process for people!
As soon as I got certified, the person who trained me had me subbing her classes which was a big honor. I also started in gyms so that I could work with a wide range of people.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance (RYT 200). I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and have been facilitating group meditations.
