About Lance
Teachers Training and Advanced Teachers Training certificates from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Center. Teaching since 1983. Resident teacher at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam until March 2019.
Having the opportunity to share the potential benefits to mind, body, and ‘spirit,’ yoga practice offers is meaningful for me.
I began teaching by providing instruction to family and friends. Kevin Fitzgerald and his then wife Connie were some of my first students.
Sivananda Yoga teachers’ training courses (beginners & advanced). Workshops and individual practice with Ramanand Patel, Mary Dunn, Roger Coles, George Purvis and other pedagogues/promulgators of B.K.S. Iyengar’s style of asana practice. 3 year residential course at Arsha Vidya Gurukulam, Institute of Yoga, Vedanta, & Sanskrit. Teacher in Residence at the Gurukulum for 10 years.
