About Darya
I am a traveler and part of the Yoga Without Borders team. Based in Kyiv where I teach offline for my students. I am interested in the history of European esotericism, the practices of body physicality and emotion management practices.

Yoga is the practice of developing physicality and sensuality.
In my classes, I prefer a slow and deep style of practice. The goal is to learn to feel the body and train it. Pranayamas (breathing practices) are an important and obligatory part of my classes.
