About Donghyun
I am a former competitive football player from South Korea with experience playing football through high school. I also have experience coaching young players in South Korea and hold a Level 2 Professional Sports Instructor qualification in Football from Korea.
I am currently studying MSc Sport Business, Management and Policy in the UK and have also completed the England Football Introduction to Talent Identification course.
Having experienced football both as a player and a coach, I enjoy helping young players develop their skills, confidence and enjoyment of the game. My aim is to create a positive and supportive environment where each player can develop at their own pace.

My sessions are tailored to each player’s age, ability and individual goals. I focus on developing key football skills including first touch, ball control, passing and receiving, dribbling, 1v1 situations and shooting.
I have a competitive playing background in South Korea as well as experience coaching young football players. I use my experience both as a player and a coach to help each player develop their skills, confidence and understanding of the game.
Each session is structured but enjoyable, progressing from fundamental techniques to more realistic game situations. I believe every player develops differently, so I adapt my coaching to the individual rather than using the same training programme for everyone.
Sessions are suitable for young players of different ability levels, from beginners learning the fundamentals to more experienced players looking to improve their game.
