About Viera
I teach Chemistry using a methodology centered around four core principles: Accountability, Integrity, Flexibility, and Collaboration, which help create an effective and supportive learning environment. I hold both myself and my students accountable for progress, encouraging them to take ownership of their learning while providing consistent support to ensure they stay on track.
I believe in honest and transparent communication, ensuring that students understand the material deeply and are confident in their knowledge, rather than just memorizing facts. Every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs, whether it’s simplifying difficult concepts or providing extra practice in areas of struggle.
I value an interactive approach where students actively participate. We work together through discussions, problem-solving, and practical examples, which helps solidify their understanding. I am a passionate Chemistry tutor with over 8 years of experience, dedicated to helping students understand and excel in the subject. I have had the privilege of teaching more than 300 students, guiding them through the complexities of Organic Chemistry, Electrochemistry, and Biochemistry.
