I am a full-time educator and experienced professional assessor with over ten years of dedication to K–12 education. I hold two PhD degrees and previously served as a university professor in both Canada and China. Alongside my private work, I am also a highly rated and popular tutor on Outschool, where I have worked with families from diverse educational backgrounds.
Over the years, I have helped hundreds of learners successfully prepare for and gain admission to gifted and special academic programs. I specialize in cognitive and admissions assessments and focus on helping students build strong thinking skills, effective strategies, and confidence for competitive entrance testing. My background as a professional assessor allows me to understand how each child thinks and learns, so lessons are carefully tailored to their individual strengths and needs.
My teaching style is calm, structured, and encouraging.
