About Rajesh
I have a strong academic and professional background in Chemistry, along with practical experience of industry. My professional work has given me a solid understanding of Chemistry and its real-world applications, which I bring into my teaching to make difficult concepts easier and more interesting for students.
I am passionate about helping students develop confidence in Chemistry through clear explanations, structured learning, and step-by-step problem-solving. I am patient, approachable, and committed to adapting my teaching style to suit each student's individual needs and learning pace.
My lessons are designed for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students, with a particular focus on Higher Level Leaving Certificate Chemistry and the new Chemistry specification.
My goal is not simply to help students memorize content, but to help them understand Chemistry, apply their knowledge to exam questions and develop the confidence needed to achieve their best possible results.

I provide structured and engaging Leaving Certificate Chemistry grinds, with a strong focus on the new Chemistry specification. My teaching approach is based on understanding concepts rather than memorisation, followed by worked examples, calculations and exam-style questions.
Each lesson is typically 60 minutes and is tailored to the student's level, learning needs and areas requiring improvement. I explain difficult topics step by step and use practical examples to make Chemistry easier to understand and remember. I also focus on exam technique, problem-solving, experiments and effective revision strategies.
I have a professional background in Chemistry and the pharmaceutical industry, giving me practical experience that I can connect with the Chemistry concepts taught at Leaving Certificate level. Lessons are suitable for Junior Cycle and Leaving Certificate students, particularly Higher Level Chemistry students preparing for exams and aiming to improve their confidence and results.
