About Ishir
My teaching methodology for Physics is built on flexibility, communication, motivation, accountability, and creativity. I understand that each student learns differently, so I adapt my approach to suit their individual needs. Flexibility in lesson planning ensures we focus on areas where students need the most support, whether it's test preparation or mastering challenging concepts. Clear communication is key, and I encourage students to ask questions and engage with the material actively. I strive to keep students motivated by relating Physics to real-world applications and their personal interests. Accountability is maintained through regular progress checks, while creativity in teaching helps make complex topics more accessible and engaging. Beyond Physics, I also offer support in related subjects, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the topics.
