About Noel
I hold a Master’s and Bachelor's degree in political science with strong academic results at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. I have over eight years of experience as a teaching assistant, research assistant and guest lecturer, where I was responsible for supporting students with writing, research methods, coursework, grading, and teaching complex concepts across university courses.
My background spans political science, public policy, anthropology, sociology, history, and more social science and arts disciplines, alongside professional experience working on complex research and policy initiatives. I have seen firsthand how the skills taught in these courses apply in real-world settings.

My goal is simple: to help you improve your grades while building skills you can use in other courses, to complete a degree, and in a professional setting. I start by understanding what you're trying to achieve, whether that's improving performance in a course, or enhancing your ability to write a good paper.
From there, I offer structured, practical support tailored to undergraduate and graduate students in the social sciences or programs that require social science courses (i.e. Engineering, MBA, MPA, etc.), or high school students studying social sciences or civics courses. I can support you with understanding and strengthening essay and paper structure, argument development, editing and revision, developing research skills and source analysis, improving understanding course material and preparing for exams, improving clarity and writing style, and enhancing your academic confidence, and more.
Regardless of what we're doing, my approach focuses on helping you clearly understand concepts, strengthen your arguments, and produce high-quality academic work.
I bring both academic and real-world experience in political science, public policy, and research. This means I can help you not only meet course requirements, but also think critically, write persuasively, and apply what you learn in a meaningful way.
