Over 40 years experience coaching boys and girls through level 10 and exceptional at teaching cheer tumbling skills. In-depth knowledge of isometrics, body shaping and flexibility and new methods to apply them to gymnastics, tumbling, or improving fitness level in adults.

Extremely experienced gymnastics coach and fitness author available for private lessons held at Evo Gymnastics or a location of your choice. Focus is on correct body shaping, technique, and drills through proper skill progression. Strength and flexibility training for adults is offered as well. Rate is $120 per hour which may be divided between 2-3 persons.
