About Jennifer
Hi, I'm Jennifer! I hold a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design with a concentration in Design and an Art minor. Throughout my education, I gained experience in pattern making, garment construction, sewing, weaving, textiles, and fashion design while completing a variety of creative and technical projects.
I enjoy helping others build confidence in their skills and believe that everyone can learn with the right guidance and encouragement. Whether you're learning the basics, tackling a class assignment, or developing your own designs, I'm committed to providing patient, supportive, and personalized instruction.
My goal is to create a positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and growing as designers and makers. I look forward to helping you achieve your creative goals!

My name is Jennifer, and I believe the best way to learn fashion is through hands-on practice and encouragement. I tailor each lesson to the student's goals, experience level, and learning style, whether they are just starting out or need help with college coursework.
A typical lesson begins by reviewing concepts and identifying any challenges. We then work through demonstrations, practice techniques together, and finish with feedback, questions, and tips for continued improvement. Lessons can cover pattern making, sewing techniques, garment construction, weaving, project planning, and troubleshooting.
What sets me apart is my combination of technical knowledge, creativity, and patience. I understand that everyone learns differently, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students can build confidence while developing practical skills.
